Mindful walking meditation is simple, easy to do and relatively effortless compared to formal sitting meditation which most people struggle to do daily and build a habit that sticks.
I recommend starting your day with a mindful walking in the awe-inspiring early morning sunlight.
The golden hour after the sunrise and just before the sunset is extra awe-inspiring along with the blue hour (usually 15-20 minutes) of the morning twilight before sunrise and evening twilight after sunset.
Mindful walking and tapping into the sense of awe is the ultimate antidote to the sedentary lifestyle today where we spend 90%+ of our time indoors sitting and staring at flat 2D rectangular themes.
We feel awe when we tune into the spacious vastness of nature and mystery of all that we don’t know about how everything in nature holistically connects together.
